Trader has very poor concepts of W/L money management per trade. His trades avg only around 10 pips which is fine but he endures well into the 100s of pips drawdowns. You do the math. After hearing his "assurance" email it was clear he was grasping for large TF reversal when his profits should be of a 1 Minute chart. BEWARE if you consider your money worth anything.
The system works well and the profit is significant. I give it four star rating for now because of its short live period. Otherwise, it deserves a five-star rating.
This system is easy to follow. Six out of eight months profitable. It shenjoy consistent low risk profits. Risk is strictly controlled at 1-2 per trade, rigid stop losses, limit orders and patience.... all of which is rewarded handsomely. Responsive, courteous developer not interested in flash in the pan performance but steady consistent growth. I will be increasing my exposure steadily to this system moving forward.
Exceptional timing and good variety of traded instruments and markets. Very promising first few months' results, excellent communication with the developer - what else could you ask for?
Elevator down! Two consecutive 5K losses in a vendor-recommended 30K account size = 30% realized drawdown in 2 days! After the initial lucky month, the trading pattern changed from that of small regular gains to that of huge gains simultaneously countered by huge unrealized and realized losses. There seems to be absolutely no risk management in place to mitigate further or deeper losses, and more tellingly, the vendor is not talking -- private messages have gone unread (let alone acknowledged) for more than 48 hours despite regular vendor C2 logins, which seems to indicate indifference to subscribers over the losses just incurred. That alone should be strong warning to anyone contemplating trading this system, even in the face of another lucky winning streak.
This strategy only performs when there is a high volatility as we are experiencing now. When the dust settles, you will see that the return is negligible - check out the performance between last year July and this year May. So my suggestion for new subscribers is to check VIX index to have an indication when to stop trading this strategy.
I very much like this trading system. It is balanced and consistently makes profit. This system easy to trade manually using the broker OANDA. It is safe for little deposit. The developer quickly answers any questions.Does not have as long a history as some, but nevertheless would appear to be one of the best systems on C2.
This system seems good and reliable over time. I watched it for some time before stating to trade with cash and the results have been very good, the equity curve is impressive, showing some drawdowns but overall the equity curve has accumulated substantially and generated good profits. Well worth trading as the fees are also very reasonable, based ONLY on successful trades
A note here for watchers and for Collective 2. This system cannot be functioning in this manner. It has > $30,000 negative equity. How does an account stay open like that for days and soon to be weeks? C2, can you review the rules for systems in this category otherwise potentially there is a disconnect with the tracking. Obviously in this case the owner of the system has an account greater than that shown and he can ride out a drawdown meaning also the figures stated in the stats are out of whack, i.e. lower actual annual return but lower drawdown as a percentage of the account.
Developer sincerely cares about the system and subscribers. However, as this system gets literally crushed by current market conditions, I will have to put it away for now. Check this one out again in 3-6 months. Had a good start, but because of recurrent and well-above average recent losses: 2 stars
It's only two months old, but the excellent trade history speaks for itself. Very responsive developer, who seems to be paying close attention to his trades.
Does not know when to cut losses. Has been in the same losing USD/CHF position for over a week while it gets worse and worse. Poor risk management = poor rating.
After I subscribed for a week, the system starts a loosing streak (7) and these losses are not small. Eventually I think the system will get a win but I don't know if this win will be big enough to recover all the losses unless it hit a comparable winning streak. The system is till very young, so it is hard to know if the system will work unless I have a crystal ball. I just rated at 2 star for the latest performance. Hopefully the system will recover soon so that all subscribers will benefit

That was on 7/31/2011. Then he has the huge trade from 7/31 to 8/1. Very suspect. He said he was closing system cause 15 percent drawdown has been reached. Not sure what to think of being kicked out and then see this move post being booted.
I'm going to keep "Faith in Research" on my watch list to remind me how things can go so right and then so wrong with no recovery. Provider stuck by his system all the way to the end. Had what appeared to be a good strategy, communicated about trades and answered questions promptly. Even limited number of subscribers so he could concentrate on the trades. It was going to be perfect.
Has established good and constant trade record so far. This is quite unusual here at C2 for a discretionary system, but proves that the trader has patience and discipline. He seems to closely and actively monitor the trades. Perhaps the reason it was my only positive FX system last week out of 5 systems. No system deserves 5 stars with 3-month record. If PCM is still good with 6+ month record, add 1 additional star here. 4 stars now
Great system! Generates approx 50-150 limit orders daily. One-cancels-all groups ensure that no more than a dozen or so (maximum) get filled. Buys on weakness; sells at next day's open. Losses, when they occur, are generally small; gains can be quite large. System performs best in choppy markets, but works in trending markets as well. Easy to trade manually using IB's BasketTrader and following directions available on request from developer. Best suited to margin accounts (including IB Reg-T margin IRAs) in excess of $25k to avoid pattern daytrader restrictions.
Despite its seemingly complex buying and selling rules, the system is essentially a leveraged exposure to the NQ100 and is at almost all times fully invested. As such it is highly correlated to the NQ100 leveraged x2. With its high trading frequency and thus high costs plus a high monthly subscription charge, it remains doubtful whether long term the system would outperform buying and holding QQQ with x2 leverage.
Dear S&P Swing Guru, I have been following all of your twelve (12) trades (11 winners and one negligible loser) as of today and wish I had gotten in all the winners – DARN. I paper traded nine (9) of them and actually dipped my toe into the water on two of them. Glad I did. Got my first winner (2 Aug SSO 53 puts at $1.75 and got out at $3.20) and I got my second winner (2 Aug SSO 55 puts at $1.92 and got out at $3.50). My average percent profit is over 80% for both trades. You have a great system at a bargain price. Thank you very much and keep it up!
